Yes we do operate by appointment only and we are open 7 days a week Sunday through to Saturday!

You will have exclusive use of one of our spacious bridal suites so it is important to call in advance and book your appointment with one of our experienced bridal stylists.

We do have a £25 Cancellation Charge for all appointments cancelled within 48 hours.

Depending on which appointment you book these vary from 2 hours for our VIP Luxury Bridal during the week and Sundays to 1.5 hours for our Luxury Bridal and 1 hour for our Sale Outlet appointments. During these appointments we will discuss your ideas and thoughts with you as well as offer professional advice with regards to styles and shapes to help you find ‘The One’.

The bridal suites can seat up to 3-4 guests comfortably during appointments so you can bring those nearest and dearest with you to find ‘The One’. If you have more guests that you want to bring that is no problem at all just give us a call to discuss your appointment.

Of course, we understand finding childcare at the same time when you want your bridal party together can be very tricky (Emma knows only too well as a mum to twin boys)! However we have found that young children find it difficult to sit still for that length of time – especially whilst mum is making important dress decisions. So for a more relaxed experience it might be worthwhile to enlist the help of family members to babysit! Please can we ask that if you do bring children with you that no food or coloured drinks are bought with them to have in the boutique.

Not during the appointment as we always go off the feel of the dresses. While we don’t allow pictures of you in the dresses we can offer other ways to include people who can’t be with you at the appointment so please just give us a call if you have any questions regarding this.

The price of our dresses in our full collection range from £1199-£3975 with the majority between £1199-£2000. We also have our fabulous ex sample gowns that are in excellent condition and are available to take away immediately at a fraction of their original price starting from as little as £199. These are all listed on our Sale page with their size and price.

When you order your wedding dress we require a 50% payment with the balance due when it arrives in. If the wedding date is more than 12 months in advance we can offer an Easy Payment Plan which we can discuss with you at the appointment.

However, if you fall in love with one of our ex-sample gowns these are required to be paid in full before you take them away.

We are so lucky to have over 400 wedding dresses in the boutique and we like to have a lovely range of sizes. Our sample gowns range from UK 8 to a UK 28 with the majority of dresses being able to be ordered upto a UK 36.

We are very lucky to have such a fabulous collection of accessories to perfect your bridal look. Once you gown arrives in the boutique you will be invited in to try her on and have a Styling Appointment with one of our bridal stylist. These are 45 minutes appointments where you can choose your veil, headpiece and jewellery that match your dress perfectly.

We have a list of fantastic seamstresses who we recommend to our brides. Once you have ordered your dress you will get a list and you can then contact them directly to make a booking. We will keep your dress free of charge when it arrives until you are ready to take it to your chosen seamstress.

YES! During the week we do have parking available directly behind the boutique in the gated car park in one of our designated spaces. Once you arrive turn by the side of the boutique and turn into the car park on the left.

Please note the gate to the car park does close at the weekend so for appointments during the weekend please park directly in front of the boutique where there is ample parking on the road.
